| 講義概要 Lecture Summary： | 世界的な経済危机や地域纷争を背景に、国际协力の伝统的なあり方が変化しています。政府が歳出削减の圧力を受け、内向きの姿势を强める中、様々な开発课题の解决策を模索する国际开発协力の取り组みにおいて、民间セクターへの依存度が高まっています。本讲义では、最も脆弱な层である「叠翱笔（ピラミッドの底辺）」の人々と直接関わり合う民间セクターの动きについて、近年の动きについて分析します。 The global economic crisis and regional conflicts are changing the traditional approach to international cooperation. As the government faces increased pressure on public spending and becomes inward-looking, international development cooperation efforts have increasingly relied on the private sector to explore solutions to various developmental challenges. This lecture focuses on the recent phenomenon of private-sector involvement in working directly with the most vulnerable, ‘the 叠补蝉别-辞蹿-迟丑别-笔测谤补尘颈诲’. |
